Join this Cacao Ceremony, where we invite you to take part in an experience which helps you:

To aid this you will be introduced to the natural magic of Raw Cacao, which one of your guides, Stefanie Pfau, herself has brought home from her stay and teacher training in Guatemala.
Cacao is a beautiful and gentle master plant medicine traditionally used by different ancient cultures. The Mayans called cacao “the food of gods” and drank it during religious ceremonies, rituals and marriage celebrations. Cacao helps us to shift our awareness from the mind to the heart and to open the emotional body. The spirit of cacao supports us in diving very deep into our own depth but never forcing us into anything.
During this 2,5 hour Cacao Ceremony yoga teacher Stefanie Pfau and Hanne Mogensen, founder of FlowFabrik, will take you on a guided, safe journey with yourself through yourself to yourself with the help of:
- Cacao
- Meditation
- Yoga
- Dance (no experience needed)
- Journaling
About your guides:
Stefanie Pfau has completed her 200hr yoga teacher training in 2018 in Guatemala at the Lake Atitlàn. Doing a lot of healing and personal work there and studying with shamans and yoga teachers has made a great impact on her path. With compassion and encouragement she creates a safe space for you where you are invited to dive deeper into your self-discovery journey towards your true essence.
Hanne Mogensen is the founder of www.FlowFabrik.ch, a Winterthur-based yoga, movement and active wear company. Hanne's great passion for yoga and movement as well as her ever thirsty search for new knowledge makes her able to guide you to find more depth, movement and connection in your practice. As a participant you get a teacher who sees it as one of her main goals, to be a positive inspiration and meet the participants at eye level.
